Founded 2008 and acquired by Smithers in August 2026, announced on the lab's own site. Published service lines are seven: HPLC purity, mass spectrometry identity, LAL endotoxin, ICP-MS heavy metals, GC-MS residual solvents, ICH Q1A stability and custom method development. Sterility testing is not among them, so that flag has been corrected. ISO/IEC 17025:2017 accreditation through A2LA (certificate 6786.01) remains in place. Correction from the April 2026 audit: the number previously recorded as a CLIA number (RA0571996) is the DEA registration. The lab's actual CLIA number is 10D1094068, and the CMS registry shows that certificate terminated with an expiry of March 30, 2025, with no active replacement, which is consistent with the change of ownership.
