Vetted sourcing
A curated multi-supplier network with no single point of failure. Aggregated volume unlocks tier pricing no single buyer would reach alone.
Independent testing
Every batch tested by reputable third-party labs like ILS, TrustPointe Labs in the US and Janoshik in the Czech Republic before release, with customer-name Certificates of Analysis.
Frictionless logistics
A North American trading entity, clean payment infrastructure, and direct delivery via our forwarder, so you stay focused on your core business.
Why peptide sourcing is broken
Most operators in this category navigate a fragmented international supplier landscape with no independent verification and opaque chains of custody. The cost compounds quietly until a single bad batch triggers chargebacks, a regulatory inquiry, or reputational damage.
No independent quality verification
Suppliers issue their own CoAs. There is no way to know whether what is in the vial matches the certificate, and buyers cannot confirm the document came from a real lab.
Single-supplier concentration risk
Relying on one or two suppliers leaves you with no leverage when they raise prices, ship late, or quietly change quality.
Opaque batch handling
You rarely know which production lot a product came from, when it was made, or whether the tested sample was representative of what shipped.
Payment infrastructure friction
International wires, stablecoin payments, and customs paperwork are not what you signed up for when you set out to source product.
No accountability when something goes wrong
A bad batch reaches your customers, and the supplier is unreachable when you need them most.
How ClearBatch sources and tests every batch
Batch traceability and testing
We work only with suppliers with high standards on lot traceability and random batch testing with 3rd-party independent labs like Janoshik Analytical, ILS, and TrustPointe Labs to verify identity and purity on every batch. Full QC test panel also available for endotoxin and heavy metals upon request.
Audited manufacturer facilities
We partner only with manufacturers that meet GMP and/or ISO standards, with documented cleanroom protocols, validated aseptic processing, and audited quality systems verified before any supplier joins the network.
Customer-name Certificates of Analysis
Each customer receives a CoA bearing your company name and batch number. Publish it on your product pages and show your customers the full verification chain.
Multi-supplier diversification
A curated network of vetted international manufacturers. We aggregate your demand with other customers to unlock pricing tiers, and you never depend on a single point of failure.
Clean payment rails
Invoiced from a Canadian or US trading entity. Pay by bank wire in USD or crypto stablecoins. We handle supplier payments, foreign exchange, and negotiations, and you see one clean invoice.
Predictable batch cycles
Batches run on aggregation schedules, typically every 14 to 21 days for active SKUs, with visibility on remaining capacity so you can plan inventory.
Full replacement guarantee
If a lot fails QC verification, it's never released. In the rare event something slips through, as proven in lab testing, the factories will replace it, so your downstream commitments are protected.
Our quality assurance process, step by step
- 1
Order aggregation
Your purchase order is consolidated with other customer orders for the same SKU. Batches run when we reach an efficient size, typically every 14 to 21 days for active SKUs, and you see the schedule in advance.
- 2
Production at a vetted manufacturer
The manufacturer produces the consolidated batch, documented with batch ID, lot number, manufacturing date, and synthesis records for full traceability through to shipment.
- 3
Sample collection and sealing
Sample vials are drawn from the production batch in the presence of supplier staff, sealed and lot-marked, photographed, and shipped to the testing laboratory.
- 4
Independent testing at third-party labs
Reputable third-party laboratories perform identity and purity analysis on every sample, with a full panel including endotoxin and heavy metals on relevant categories. Turnaround is typically 5 to 8 business days.
- 5
Pass / fail decision
On a pass, the batch is released for delivery. On a fail, the batch is rejected and the supplier remediates or replaces at their cost. You are notified at every stage.
- 6
Customer-name CoA issuance
Certificates of Analysis are issued bearing your company name and batch reference, delivered to you before the shipment lands.
- 7
Shipment from our forwarder
Your portion of the batch ships from our forwarder via tracked express courier. Lead time from QC pass to arrival is typically 7 to 10 business days for North America.
Lead times at a glance
Processing time is 3–5 days from PO and 50% deposit; shipping + delivery is 7–10 days after processing.
Product range
A focused catalog of vetted research peptides and laboratory reagents across multiple categories, plus the ancillaries that make a complete order possible. See the peptide profiles for the evidence behind each compound.
The full SKU list with current pricing is available on request, updated monthly based on demand and supplier capacity. If a research peptide you need is not in the catalog, ask, and we can source most research-use peptides and reagents through our network.
Onboarding: from first email to first order
- 1
Fast onboarding and ordering
Send us an email to [email protected] with your request and any specific needs based on our product catalog. We will put together a Purchase Order together with our required documentation and have your order processing as soon as the 50% order payment has been made by bank transfer, PayPal or crypto stablecoins (USDT/USDC). A short agreement covers pricing, terms, and QC representations, alongside a one-page end-use certification confirming research use and lab use. Both can be signed electronically within 24 hours.
- 3
Account activation
Your account is activated with a customer identifier, a dedicated account contact, and access to the batch schedule for the SKUs you care about.

Frequently asked questions
Does ClearBatch test every batch?
Yes. Every production batch is sampled and verified by reputable independent third-party laboratories (Janoshik Analytical, TrustPointe Labs, ILS, and others) for identity and purity, with a full panel including endotoxin and heavy metals on relevant product categories, before the batch is released for delivery.
What is a customer-name Certificate of Analysis?
It is a third-party Certificate of Analysis issued for every batch as reference for testing. You can publish it on your product detail pages (for our wholesale customers) or check it for independent verification.
What is the minimum order?
The minimum order is $2,500 USD per purchase order. We confirm acceptance, including the projected batch date and lead time, within a day.
How long does an order take?
A realistic end-to-end timeline is about 15 calendar days from purchase order to delivery in North America. Repeat orders for SKUs already running in an active batch can be significantly faster.
Which payment methods do you accept?
You can pay by bank wire in USD or by crypto stablecoins, invoiced from a Canadian or US wholesale trading entity. We handle the supplier payments, the foreign exchange, and the negotiations, so you receive one clean invoice.
Are these products intended for human use?
No. All products are supplied as research-use and laboratory reagents and are not intended for human consumption. Customers remain responsible for appropriate research-use-only designations and end-use disclosures in their downstream marketing.
