Privacy policy

When you request a quote through /contact or our quote API, we receive your organization, email, ship-to country, buyer type, requested products and intended research use, along with your IP address, approximate country and browser user agent. We use this to reply to you and to prevent abuse (rate limiting).

The “Contact Us” form on our sourcing page collects your name (optional), company, email and message, plus your approximate country and the page and campaign link you arrived from. Contacts from this form, and subscribers to The ClearBatch Report newsletter, are added to our email list for occasional ClearBatch updates. Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe link.

We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used, and the X (Twitter) pixel to measure our ads. When you submit the Contact Us form, we also report the conversion to X with a one-way (SHA-256) hash of your email address, your IP address and user agent, so X can attribute it to an ad click. Your email is never sent to X in plain text.

When you confirm the age and use notice, we set a cookie (clearbatch_age_verified) for 90 days so we don't ask again. Google Analytics and the X pixel set their own cookies. Our pop-up forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to block automated spam.

We rely on: Resend (email delivery and our mailing list), Cloudflare (network delivery and bot protection), Railway (hosting), Google Analytics, X (ad measurement), and Calendly (if you book a call, under Calendly's own privacy policy).

Unsubscribe from our emails at any time with the link in any email. To ask what we hold about you, or to have it deleted, email contact@clearbatch.net.
