Terms of sale

ClearBatch is operated by Amino Standard LLC, a company organized in Wyoming, United States, at 1021 E Lincolnway #10450, Cheyenne, WY 82001, US.

All products are supplied as research-use, in-vitro testing and laboratory reagents. They are not intended for human or animal consumption, and nothing on this site is medical advice or a recommendation to use any product.

We sell only to businesses: research labs, pharmacies and research operators. Before a first order, each customer signs a master sales agreement covering pricing, terms and QC representations, and a one-page end-use certification confirming research and laboratory use. Both can be signed electronically.

Prices are not published; every order is quoted individually. Request a quote or email order@clearbatch.net. We reply with pricing, a projected batch date and a Purchase Order. Processing starts once a 50% deposit is received. We accept bank/wire transfers and USD stablecoins (USDC/USDT). There is no online checkout.

Every production batch is sampled and tested by independent third-party laboratories before release, and ships with a Certificate of Analysis verifiable on the testing lab's website. If a batch fails testing, it is rejected and the supplier remediates or replaces it at their cost, and you are notified at every stage.

Published lead times are typical estimates. We confirm the projected batch date and lead time for your specific SKUs when we accept the order. See sourcing for current timelines.

Orders ship via tracked express courier. The customer is importer of record for shipments arriving in their jurisdiction, and customs declarations reflect the laboratory chemical category. Each shipment includes a commercial invoice, packing list and Certificate of Analysis.
