Reactivated September 2026 because the site is live and operating, with a public certificate lookup searchable by search code, accession number or company name and over 40,000 published COAs. The site states HPLC and MS testing, so mass spectrometry has been added to its capabilities. The CLIA number the lab cites, 14D2263999, resolves in the CMS registry and is active through July 7, 2028, but it is registered to Freedom Diagnostic Testing, PLLC at 217 S Main St, Hillsboro, Illinois, not to the Tennessee operation, so the certificate does not cover the address this lab tests from. No business registration could be found for the Tennessee entity, and the contact page publishes no street address or phone number.
